By using the MR.DENIM website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing our platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You agree to use MR.DENIM's website only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized scraping of product data, pricing, or user information
• Attempting to breach, hack, or disrupt the security of our platform
• Transmitting spam, viruses, or any harmful or malicious code
• Impersonating MR.DENIM, its staff, or any other person or entity
• Using our platform for fraudulent or deceptive commercial activity
• Reproducing or republishing our content without explicit written permission

We strive to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display reflects the exact true color of our products.

• All prices listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) including applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• MR.DENIM reserves the right to cancel orders placed at erroneous prices
• Sale and promotional prices apply only during the specified promotional period
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change at any time

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including unavailability, payment failures, or suspected fraud.

• Confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance of your order
• We accept major debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, and COD where available
• COD orders require full payment at the time of delivery
• Prepaid orders are processed immediately and dispatched sooner
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and billing information

MR.DENIM ships nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
• Express delivery in select cities: 1–2 business days
• Free delivery on orders above Rs. 9,999
• Tracking information sent via email/SMS once dispatched
• MR.DENIM is not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events

We want you to love every piece from MR.DENIM. Our exchange policy applies under these conditions:

• Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Sale items are not eligible for style exchanges, but may be exchanged for a different size
• Exchanges are processed within 5—10 business days after receiving the item

All content on MR.DENIM — logos, text, graphics, product photographs, UI designs, and software — is the exclusive property of MR.DENIM and protected under intellectual property laws.

• No reproduction or commercial use without express written permission
• The MR.DENIM name and logo are registered trademarks
• User-submitted content grants MR.DENIM a non-exclusive license for promotional use
• Linking to our website is permitted; framing or embedding pages is prohibited

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR.DENIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our website or services
• Unauthorized access to your account or personal data
• Third-party failures including payment gateways and courier companies
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of our platform

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pakistan.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary while remaining provisions continue in full effect.
