Delivery within Pakistan

Standard Delivery — Free

3-5 Business Days. Complimentary on all orders within Pakistan. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Alternatively, visit our Tracking Portal to trace your parcel's journey.

Processing Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for our warehouse team to meticulously prepare and dispatch your order.

Common delivery questions

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address modifications can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact our Client Services team immediately. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reroute it.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Due to the high value of our garments and the requirement for a signature upon delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional fees may apply).
My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it.
Please check with neighbours or your building's reception first. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours of the delivery scan, contact our support team and we will open an investigation with the courier.
